Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancel Anytime, you have control, literally with the click of a button.

Photo ID is REQUIRED to be presented to attend all sessions so please don't forget your photo ID.

Subscribing to these passes allows you to attend as many times during the month as you wish, however subscription bookings are limited to one session per day.

‘Bring a guest’ membership allows the freedom to bring a different guest each time. Please make sure you use your code to sign up yourself and your guest (under your name) to reserve space in any particular session as we can’t guarantee available seats if you do not schedule ahead.

This is definitely an amazing deal for those who recognize the benefits of attending Chromotherapy and halo-therapy sessions regularly and want to share it!

Your subscription will renew each month on the anniversary of your initial purchase (for example, if you purchase a subscription on the 25th, you will be charged every month on the 25th until it is canceled.) Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Session booking access will continue through the end of the most recent month subscription paid in full (for example, if you cancel on the 5th, your subscription will not renew however you will have access to sessions through the 24th of the current month as it has already been paid).

Again, please note that Subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE (once the month has been paid in full) and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Subscriptions are valid for the regular public halo-therapy sessions or regular public Chromotherapy Sessions only. Subscriptions DO NOT include access to Synchronicities Salt Cave or Selenite Room Events.

*Please be advised that daily the 9:30 public halo-therapy Salt Cave sessions only are 'Kid friendly'.

All other sessions in Salt Cave are designated adults only.

*Please be advised that the Crystal Cave sessions are not kid-friendly and do require that all attendees lay quietly for a full 45 minutes. Children age 12 and over who can lay quietly during these meditation are considered of a maturity for this room.

If you have questions regarding a younger child attending that you feel is capable of laying for an extended period and honoring this fragile room as well as other attendees meditative experiences, please contact the shop to discuss your possible options.

All sessions in the Chrystal Cave are adult only.
